Drove 1.5 hours to buy a Chevy Silverado "Z71" package. Turned out to be a basic LT package. After I confronted them about it, their response was "what's the difference? Not that your going off-roading!" This dealership tried selling me a basic LT package for the price of a Z71!

I was stranded 50 miles from home when my keyless remote quit working. The service department talked me through finding the "spot" you have to place it in the car to start the car if the remote fails. NO CHARGE, NO TOWING! That's an honest dealership!
I am always pleased with the ability to come in, last minute, for oil changes and other non-major services, in many cases. Their fees are very competitive with other area repair shops (even non-dealership repair shops). I have been pleased with services performed. I go out of my way or wait for oil changes to give them some of my business.
